On refocusing and managing creative output
An artist friend who was very good at prioritizing told me something I've always remembered: saying "no" to something allows you to say "yes" to something else. She was extremely discerning in focussing her attention on a few projects that she did beautifully, which was important, because she died relatively young of brain cancer & left a legacy to many affected by her art, reflective nature and consistent yoga practice.
Thank you Megan. No is a short but powerful word. If we don't take care of our wellness, we have nothing...zero, zippo, and in particular creativity will be lost.
